For me this is a really hard one. I do love to have a good shout. I came from a big robust family where shouting is a good way of life to get yourself heard, or get attention or to make a point. Dysfunctional? Yes. Helpful? Probably not.

But in an argument, shouting in any form is a bad thing, a sign that I have lost control, lost in an argument.

I have shouted at various times and invariably I regret each and every occasion.

But so what if you have inherited the shouty gene like me? Still i will have to use it inevitably in a challenging situation. There are so many things that make us shout, so many situations where we feel that a little judicious loss of temper will get us our way.

In real live human being who have their own feelings and shouting is definitely not justified - even if they started first.

If you run over someone's foot, do apologize and not allowed to shout. If you cant get your own way, also do not shout, just ignored. Let's try to make a good day for all of them by spreading a bit of goodwill around. Perhaps no one has been kind to him/her before for a long long time. Try a different approach, do not give up but ready to help does not mean that you are a pushover.

I know, i know, there seems to have a lot of situations where shouting seems appropriate. It becomes a benchmark to stick on. Remember : "Calm people gets trusted, relied and looked up to."

Had break with the 2 long-time no seen fellows.

Other W15L maddies had theirs during the first break out.

Went to grandma's hse for dinner. Her cooking skills are poop bee bee!

I decided to have some rules in my life. Weekly updates for it.

If you asked a lot of people what they want in life, they say "oh, just to be happy i guess."

Same goes if you ask what they want for their children.

You'd be better off wishing that you or your children could be astronauts or brain surgeons.

Both to the quest to find Mr and Mrs right and in what happen when you do, you all want to fall madly head-over-heels in love but intensity will not last long! Getting back to reality sometimes is worthwhile.

Happiness is one end of a spectrum- misery the other end.

Contentment is what you hope for after the elation has worn off.

yesh i am confirm sick.

• Speed Reading is one valuable skill that is very useful. With the length of the resources and the amount of text we need to go through, having learned how to speed read enable us to go through them fast and not miss out the important points.
• Who else can learn and understand better than the people doing the learning itself? When we take charge of our own learning, we would feel more eager/propelled to learn more?

To save money i told her to use her fathers's shaver for spud. It cost like $80 and above for a pet trimmer. EX!
