SWWEET BINDS
Hello Mr Saturday.
I made my CNY cookies this year myself instead of persuading mommy to purchase from outside. Oh man I never knew I was so interested in these, actually I was not very enthusiastic about it, haha, my aunt she “big head” of such makings, even dumplings, tang yuan and this time the CNY cookies. Did not managed to capture the pictures in the process for my hands were butter with butter, pineapples, egg white/egg flour. But I took the final outcome – some looked like swollen ping-pong ball, haha we gave too much of our Sarawak pineapple filling. Sinful! The rubbing-in-method is the best for pineapples tart
Thankfully, I made a mistake which my aunt did not realised, I was suppose to get the eggyolk only thus need to filter the egg white but somehow it was so slippery and went straight into the dustbin, haha I waste an egg.
